Mobilitiamoci contro il disegno di legge Zan
Il disegno di legge Zan (dal nome del deputato Pd Alessandro Zan, attivista LGBT) pretende di rendere un crimine ogni forma di critica, dell’orientamento sessuale e dell’identità di genere, a cominciare dall’omosessualità.
Con ciò il decreto non solo si oppone frontalmente alla legge naturale e morale, ma trasforma il vizio in diritto giuridicamente tutelato e, una volta ammesso il principio della assoluta libertà di orientamento sessuale, apre la via alla pedofilia, all'incesto e ad ogni altra manifestazione di vita sessuale, oggi considerata come devianza. La possibilità di definire devianti questi "orientamenti sessuali" è soppressa per legge, perché è chiaro che affermare pubblicamente che essi costituiscono un disordine morale, sarebbe considerato un comportamento destinato a produrre, anche solo in via indiretta, un effetto pregiudizievole a queste categorie. Il nuovo progetto di legge rappresenta dunque una nuova gravissima tappa nel processo di degradazione morale della nostra società.
L’Associazione Famiglia Domani ha combattuto questa deriva totalitaria della nostra democrazia fin dal 1999 quando, per la prima volta, una legge contro l’omofobia, fu presentata il 23 novembre dall’allora presidente del Consiglio Massimo D’Alema. Vent’anni sono passati, ma oggi come allora l’Associazione Famiglia Domani ribadisce che il decreto Zan rappresenta una grave minaccia all’ordine naturale cristiano e alla libertà di espressione, non solo dei cristiani, ma di tutti i cittadini italiani.
Le norme che si intendono approvare rispondono ad una mera prospettiva ideologica, del tutto arbitraria sul piano legale, godendo gli omosessuali degli strumenti giuridici previsti dal codice penale per i tutti i cittadini, contro qualunque forma di ingiusta discriminazione, di violenza, di offesa alla propria dignità personale. In realtà il bene giuridico inventato e tutelato è la libertà di scelta di sesso illimitato. L'aspetto totalitario e repressivo del disegno di legge è evidente. La verità si diffonde e si difende anche criticando gli errori che gli si contrappongono. Questa libertà è esclusa disegno di legge Zan.
Famiglia Domani invita perciò gli italiani a unirsi, con la presenza e con la preghiera, a tutte le manifestazioni promosse su tutto il territorio nazionale dal 16 ottobre in poi da "Restiamo liberi", le "Sentinelle in piedi" e tante altre associazioni che, come la nostra, si sono mobilitate in difesa della verità e della libertà degli italiani. Infatti, quando la libertà si emancipa da "una verità oggettiva e comune" (Evangelium Vitae, n. 19), "la convivenza sociale viene profondamente deformata" (EV, n. 20) e "la vita sociale si avventura nelle sabbie mobili di un relativismo totale"; l'esito nefasto di questo relativismo è che "la democrazia, ad onta delle sue regole, cammina sulla strada di un sostanziale totalitarismo" (EV, n. 20).
