Secondo il ministro degli Esteri della Russia, Sergej Lavrov, è importante saper trarre degi eventi ucraini una lezione corretta. inizialmente l’agenda della conferenza di Mosca prevedeva una discussione sulle prospettive di regolamento dei conflitti nel Vicino e Medio Oriente e nell’Asia meridionale. Da un po’ di mesi questi importanti problemi restavano all’ombra della crisi ucraina. Ciò era dovuto in gran parte alla posizione dei paesi occidentali che alla reale cooperazione hanno preferito una politica di contenimento della Russia, ha rilevato Sergej Lavrov parlando alla conferenza.
Il continente europeo, dove nel secolo scorso scoppiarono due catastrofi internazionali di portata globale, invece di dare a tutto il mondo un esempio del pacifico sviluppo e della cooperazione su ampia scala, sta nuovamente attirando su di se la maggior parte dell’attenzione della comunità internazionale. Questa situazione non può non preoccupare, tanto più che non si tratta di una coincidenza, ma piuttosto di una logica conseguenza dell’evoluzione della situazione in Europa negli ultimi 25 anni. I nostri partner occidentali non hanno saputo approfittare della possibilità, veramente storica, di costruire una Grande Europa senza linee di divisione e hanno preferito l’usuale logica di allargamento verso l’Est dello spazio geopolitico da loro controllato. In sostanza ciò ha significato, anche se in forma attenuata, la continuazione della politica di contenimento della Russia. Invece di armonizzare i progetti integrativi in Europa e Eurasia, sono stati compiuti dei tentativi di mettere rigidamente gli Stati postsovietici di fronte alla scelta tra l’Est e l’Ovest. Nelle condizioni della fragile situazione politica interna in Ucraina questa pressione è risultata sufficiente per provocare una grave crisi dello Stato ucraino. Sergej Lavrov ha rilevato: Se tutti noi vogliamo sinceramente aiutare il popolo ucraino a superare questa crisi, dobbiamo rinunciare in maniera risoluta ai famigerati giochi con risultato zero, all’incitazione degli umori xenofobi e neonazisti, all’intenzione di lasciarci guidare dal pericoloso complesso di superiorità che, alludendo alla politica UE nei confronti dell’Ucraina, Helmut Schmidt recentemente ha definito “megalomania”.
Il ministro degli Esteri della Russia ha esortato a trarre dagli eventi ucraini una lezione corretta, ad avviare quanto prima l’attuazione dei principi della sicurezza equa e indivisibile nello spazio euro-atlantico e alla formazione di un unico spazio economico e umanitario da Lisbona a Vladivostok.
Purtroppo gli schemi basati sulla propria esclusività, sull’uso dei doppi standard, sulla voglia di trarre dei vantaggi geopolitici unilaterali dalle situazioni di crisi, vengono applicati non solo in Europa, ma anche in altre regioni. Ciò compromette l’efficacia degli sforzi intrapresi per il superamento delle crisi. Nelle situazioni analoghe si usano approcci totalmente diversi. In sostanza, alle stesse forze in alcuni casi si dà il sostegno (come è stato in Libia, quando i nostri colleghi della NATO hanno attivamene sostenuto gli oppositori del regime) e in altri casi si oppone una resistenza armata, le forze si proclamano terrorististiche (come è successo in Mali, dove le persone che hanno rovesciato Gheddafi contrastavano i contingenti internazionali). Di conseguenza le parti dei conflitti interni sono tentate a ispirare un’ingerenza armata dall’esterno per raggiungere i propri scopi. Questi scopi spesso non hanno nulla a che vedere con la lotta per la democrazia e i diritti dell’uomo. Le operazioni di cambio dei regimi negli Stati sovrani ledono la stabilità internaionale. Le “rivoluzioni colorate” di ogni sorta, i tentativi di imporre ai popoli delle proprie ricette dei cambiamnti che non tengono conto delle tradizioni e delle specificità nazionli, la cosiddetta “esportazione della democrazia”, tutto ciò incide in maniera distruttiva sulle relazioni internazionali, crede il ministro russo.
Un modello delle relazioni interstatali potrebbe essere l’interazione russo-cinese basata sul reciproco rispetto degli interessi e sull’efficiente lavoro per il bene dei propri paesi e di tutta la comunità internazionale. Proprio su queste basi deve essere creato un nuovo sistema internazionale delle relazioni policentriche in tutti i suoi componenti, compresa la cooperazione internazionale per il rafforzamento della sicurezza regionale. Un ruolo positivo potrebbe essere svolto dai principi comuni, da concordare, per il regolamento delle crisi, che escludano il doppio standard. Alla base degli sforzi per favorire il regolamento delle situazioni di crisi ci deve essere il rispetto per il diritto dei popoli a decidere autonomamente, senza ingerenza esterna, il proprio destino, ha rilevato il capo della diplomazia russa.

A quanto pare Ghattas dovrà stare in carcere solo due anni, dopo che ha patteggiato la pena, nonostante il fatto che, nel quadro della sua “lotta”, abbia contrabbandato cellulari e documenti a terroristi detenuti mettendoli in condizione di proseguire la loro attività terroristica: vergognosi crimini di frode e abuso di fiducia da parte di un pubblico rappresentante eletto in parlamento. Ma chiunque consideri la saga dell’assurdo che vede protagonista Ghattas – una sorta di clone dell’ex parlamentare arabo-israeliano Azmi Bishara (dello stesso partito Balad, parte della Lista Araba Comune), fuggito da Israele quando capì che le autorità avevano le prove che durante la guerra in Libano del 2006 aveva passato a Hezbollah le coordinate per gli attacchi missilistici contro obiettivi civili – non si stupirà granché per il suo comportamento. E’ così che si comporta Balad, un partito carico di odio che opera al servizio dei nemici di Israele, finanziato dalla casa reale del Qatar. Già partecipando alla flottiglia filo-Hamas, Ghattas aveva essenzialmente espresso il suo sostegno agli islamisti che uccidono i suoi correligionari cristiani in Medio Oriente. Quando gettò benzina sul fuoco negando il diritto degli ebrei ad accedere al Monte del Tempio a favore degli islamisti, tradì Gesù, il suo Messia. Scrive Yoaz Hendel: «La sera delle scorse elezioni, ospiti e opinionisti negli studi televisivi, come il sottoscritto, hanno commentato fino alla nausea un dato che non conoscevano: che il risultato avrebbe sorpreso tutti sancendo la vittoria del Likud, che prese 10 seggi più di quelli previsti da tutti i sondaggi. Da tempo nelle elezioni israeliane c’è una sola regola fissa: l’elemento sorpresa. Una volta è il partito dei pensionati, emerso come fattore decisivo; un’altra il partito Kadima, poi Yesh Atid. L’ultima volta il Likud. Le prossime elezioni saranno centrate sulla figura del primo ministro Benjamin Netanyahu. Il Likud dovrà vedersela con avversari a destra e a sinistra. Dopo le elezioni, potrebbe formarsi una coalizione “anti-Netanyahu” fra tutti gli attori della destra: Naftali Bennett, Avigdor Lieberman, Moshe Ya’alon, Moshe Kahlon. Oppure potranno esserci apparentamenti con il partito centrista di Lapid, e anche con il partito laburista e con il Meretz, se dall’altra parte non ci sarà il Bayit Yehudi di Bennett. Ciò che tutti hanno in comune è che non vogliono Netanyahu come primo ministro: alcuni lo dicono solo a porte chiuse, altri lo dicono ad alta voce, ma il desiderio è comune. C’è un solo partito alla Knesset che non può essere preso in considerazione per qualsiasi tipo di alleanza, ed è la Lista Araba Comune. Non farà parte di nessuna coalizione e nemmeno di qualche accordo pre-elettorale, come si è visto anche nelle ultime elezioni. L’essenza della sua politica è quella di essere presente nel parlamento israeliano, non di influenzarlo. Fino a quando quel partito parlerà il linguaggio del nazionalismo arabo estremista, non potrà coesistere in nessuna coalizione politica israeliana. Evidentemente, dopo 70 anni, dobbiamo prendere atto del fatto che la coesistenza è affare dei cittadini comuni, non dei politici arabi.

Per far parte di una futura coalizione, e magari anche di un governo, gli arabi israeliani devono integrarsi nel contesto sociale, culturale e politico israeliano: l’integrazione nella società come impegno civile e politico, non come un movimento carsico che cerca di passare inosservato. Gli ebrei in tutto il mondo hanno sempre pregato per il ritorno a Gerusalemme, ma intanto facevano tutto quanto in loro potere per integrarsi nei paesi in cui vivevano. Prendevano parte al governo, consigliavano re e presidenti, lanciavano movimenti politici. A differenza di Israele (lo stato mediorientale dove è più conveniente vivere come musulmani o cristiani), gli stati europei dove vivevano gli ebrei sono stati spesso spietati con le minoranze al loro interno. Ma gli ebrei non disperavano: quando gli chiudevano la porta in faccia, entravano dalla finestra; e se chiudevano la finestra, entravano da qualche fessura nel muro. Gli ebrei servivano nelle forze armate, pregavano per le sorti del regno, intrattenevano con lo stato rapporti di grande lealtà, privi di eversive smanie nazionaliste. Basta vedere gli ebrei collegati con le amministrazioni Obama e Trump per capire la mentalità ebraica circa l’impegno civile e politico nella Diaspora. Alcuni mesi fa si è parlato in Israele della costituzione di un nuovo partito arabo che avrebbe operato per promuovere l’integrazione della minoranza nella società israeliana. Di recente, però, la nascita di un nuovo governo libanese ha completamente cambiato la situazione. Hezbollah, attraverso i partiti politici libanesi ad esso associati, ha ottenuto che la distribuzione dei diritti per la zona marina meridionale, quella vicina al confine con Israele, cadesse sotto il suo controllo. Secondo le stime geologiche, è molto probabile che si scopra un giacimento di gas naturale delle dimensioni di quello di Tamar in un’area la cui parte meridionale si trova nella zona contesa: un giacimento di gas che garantirebbe agli islamisti sciiti filo-iraniani di Hezbollah una grande forza economica per molti anni. Se non fosse che Israele non intende permettere che questo accada. Nessuna azienda occidentale sarebbe disposta a compiere esplorazioni di gas nella zona mentre navi da guerra israeliane pattugliano nelle vicinanze. Ma una società russa potrebbe farlo, e una società iraniana lo farebbe certamente. E’ così che il gas naturale altamente infiammabile rischia di incendiare l’intera regione.

25.03.2017 Il presidente dell'Ucraina Petr Poroshenko ha postato sulla sua pagina Facebook un messaggio in occasione del 60° anniversario della firma del Trattato di Roma (1957), che ha gettato le fondamenta dell'Unione Europea. "Il successo dell'Europa è l'impegno per i valori comuni, la libertà, la democrazia, lo Stato di diritto e soprattutto il rispetto della dignità umana. Tutto questo è diventato il fondamento della pace in Europa. Questo è ciò che ha gettato le basi della prosperità economica. Questo è quello che ha sempre unito l'Ucraina con la UE", — ha scritto il presidente ucraino.
Secondo il capo di Stato ucraino, il contesto e l'agenda attuale ricordano alla gente l'importanza di "preservare l'unità e la determinazione di resistere a tutti i tentativi di distruggere l'idea europea."
"Oggi, quando nei confini orientali ucraini dell'Europa si difende il futuro europeo, apprezziamo la solidarietà e il sostegno europeo. Auguri ai nostri partner ed confidiamo nella nostra vittoria comune", — ha concluso Poroshenko.

New York Times smorza celebrazione 60° anniversario UE: “non c'è motivo di gioire” 25.03.2017 I leader europei si sono riuniti a Roma per celebrare il 60° anniversario dell'inizio del processo che ha fatto nascere l'Unione Europea, scrive il New York Times. Questo vertice avviene sullo sfondo di numerose sfide che minacciano il crollo dell'unione.
Il motivo è che l'Unione Europea è cresciuta più povera, molto eterogenea e molto più divisa rispetto a 60 anni fa dopo la firma dell'accordo sulla sua istituzione; l'Unione Europea subisce una pressione tremenda, scrive il New York Times.
La comunità europea divisa dalle divergenze rappresenta non il futuro, ma piuttosto il passato, e probabilmente non sarà in grado di far fronte alle gravi sfide di questo secolo turbolento.
"Al centro dei valori e dei principi europei c'era la solidarietà; l'idea che possiamo aiutare i Paesi con problemi e stare insieme nei momenti difficili",

The Apostle Paul indicates that another reason why the Gospel was actually advancing during his imprisonment was the bold courageous witness of other believers who had lost their fear.
Two Chinese itinerant evangelists who carried Christian books with them were arrested in Anhui Province during their ministry. The Public Security Bureau (PSB) put them in jail and beat them. The guard beat the face of one until it bled and then took his shoes away in the cold of winter. Then they poured cold water on him throughout the winter. He became deformed from the harsh treatment. Both were kept in jail for six months.
They had led two people to the Lord in that prison location before they were arrested, and when they were released from jail after six months, there were over one hundred new Christians in the area from the seeds that these men had planted. The two people that they led to the Lord spread the message to others. The work grew even while the itinerant evangelists were in prison.
In Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, fourteen Christians continued their witness while in prison by reading scripture aloud. By the time they were released, they had read through the entire New Testament and forty-four inmates professed faith in Jesus Christ. Pedro Pablo Castillo shares a similar situation in Nicaragua where half of the four thousand political prisoners became Christians. On the eve of their release, they prayed, sang and read scripture to celebrate their pardon. Castillo returned to the jail to urge them to let Christ shine in their lives whether in jail or outside.
We shared earlier about Pastor Tu in Vietnam—leader of the fastest growing house church network. Pastor Tu spent three years in prison for his evangelistic ministry. When he was released, he found his house church network had grown three hundred per cent during his imprisonment years.
I received a Christmas card from him the following year that read: “…God greatly gives our church 20,203 more new believers this year. Hallelujah!”

CONTROL OF MANY MAJOR POSITIONS

"Control—you must know, my child, and tell the world that satan has control now of many major positions in the House of God, in the Eternal City of Rome. Traitors surround your Vicar. His sufferings are great.

"Already they have chosen his successor. But pray, my children, pray much that he does not be removed, for woe to the world! The crucifixion of the Mystical Body of Christ! Woe to mankind!"

Veronica - Now Michael is stepping back, and he's now pointing with his spear. He has a spear in his right hand. He's pointing with his spear now, and he's pointing to a cardinal. And he's now writing above his head: "W".

Now he's going over—I should be able to see him; he's standing right in front of him, and he's pointing to the next cardinal, and he's writing above his head: "A".

And he's then going to the next one—he's sitting way over at the end, though, and he's writing above his head: "S".

Now he's coming forward, and he's pointing his spear with disdain at a "V", a big "V". A big "V" now is appearing on the head of, I guess he's a bishop, or archbishop. He's wearing the same kind of a, like a . . . a . . . he's got a biretta-like, one of those little round hats. It's sort of a purplish color. And now above his head is written the letter "V".

Now Michael is bending forward.

St. Michael - "They are the initials, my child. You will pray for them, and ask many of earth's children to pray that they come out of the darkness. Their souls wallow in sin. They are blinded, and they are misleading those under their rule.

"V. does much damage to the Holy Father [Pope Paul VI] by changing his correspondence. V. rewrites his letters. V. censors his mail. He did not, my child, receive the medals you sent to him. COME OUT OF YOUR DARKNESS
Veronica – There is a door. It’s a very large building. And Theresa has opened the door, and I hear music. It’s very loud. And I see girls in black tights, and they’re jumping around. Now one is wiggling, and Theresa has turned her back. She walked over and she picked up a dress. Oh, and she took it and held it out like it was very distasteful to her. And she dropped it into the wastepaper basket. Theresa went outside, and I see a whole group of nuns filing into the room. They’re all dressed in long habits. They’re dressed like novices in the Carmel. They have white—they’re white, sort of like mantles over their heads, and a white, large bib. And they’re carrying the garments to the ladies that are dancing in the tights. And they said: “Place them on and no longer offend your God. You have been misled. You will be only responsible to the Father for what you do of your free will in heart.”
I see a nun. I think she’s a nun. She’s playing a flute, and she’s dancing down the road. And all these—I think they’re nuns; they have veils on their heads, but they’re dressed in hot pants and slacks and short skirts and silk stockings and high heels. And this nun—[Veronica screamed.] Oh, she turned around. The nun has an awful face. It looks like satan! Oh, he’s grinning, and he looks horrible! And all the nuns, they’re skipping down the road. And there are hundreds of them, and at the end of the road they fall in! It’s a big open pit, and they’re all falling in. And when the group falls in another one who looks like satan comes. And it seems like there’s no end of it. Oh! Oh! [Veronica sobs.]
Theresa said:
St. Theresa – “Sisters of Christ, children in darkness, come out before it is too late. The end is not as far as you can see. Come out of your darkness into the light.” - August 5, 1972
NOT OF THE CHURCH
Veronica - Our Lady is placing Her hands upon Her eyes, and She's pointing over to the left side, Her right side. I see the inside of a church. There is a service going on. But however, what are they doing? They are skipping, like frolicking down the aisle. As I watch, I see--it is the priest, I believe, behind the altar.
He's motioning to two children to come out of the pews and go to the rear of the church. The children are hastily- almost running to the back of the church, and I see they are picking up something. Oh, it is the ciborium and the plate. Oh!
Our Lady - "Now what are they doing, My child?"
Veronica - They are taking it up to the altar. Now the priest and the other man--
Our Lady - "The deacon, he is called, My child, the deacon."
Veronica - They are giving these over to them and the priest is now going back to his station behind the altar. Now all of a sudden he raises his hand, and a young- oh, a young woman is coming out of the pew. But oh, my goodness me! She has on a pair of shorts, and she's heading for the altar.
Now Our Lady is pointing. The woman starts to sing. Her music is not one of the church, or those accepted by God. And as she sings, the priest stands behind the altar. And in his eyes -"Is he admiring her or admonishing her?"
Our Lady - "It looks, My child, like he is admiring her." - June 18, 1993
WHAT MANNER OF DERELICTION?
"O pastors in My Son's House, how many times must I warn you of the dangers of your innovations, the dangers of your experimenting in My Son's House? You will not convert, you will not return Our straying sheep with your improvisions. You must return discipline to My Son's House. This discipline must start with the rulers in My Son's House.
"Satan has poisoned many minds. The hour grows short and the sand is running out.
"What manner of dereliction do We hear in a form of music that takes the hearts and minds of Our children from prayer? My Son's House, His Church, is a house of prayer to the Eternal Father through My Son. You are making it a meeting place and a hall of gathering for all of the demons loosed upon your world. Slowly My Son's House is being changed into a church of man, until all vestige of recognition will be removed from it." - Our Lady, November 22, 1976

Speaking after a concert in his honour in the Sistine Chapel at the weekend, the Pope said sacred music must take into account the tradition of the church, especially "sacred polyphony".
Such music helped not only scholars and enthusiasts but the whole church community, for whom it represented an "inestimable spiritual, artistic and cultural heritage".
"An authentic updating of sacred music cannot occur except in line with the great tradition of the past, of Gregorian chant and of sacred polyphony."
